4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, graphics, text, designs, and video content created by CMCreativeLab remain the intellectual property of Designer Brands Zone Kft. until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, ownership rights for the final deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, feedback, and information in a timely manner.
CMCreativeLab is not responsible for delays or missed deadlines resulting from missing client input or approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide quality services, CMCreativeLab shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Temporary service interruptions;

  • Outcomes beyond our control, such as changes in social media algorithms or third-party platform policies.
